Project pricing, scope, timeline, deliverables, and payment terms will be shared separately based on the specific project requirements.

Unless otherwise stated in writing:

• Prices are based on the agreed project scope
• Additional work may require additional fees
• Payments must be made according to the agreed milestone or invoice terms
• Work may be paused if payments are delayed
• Final files or deliverables may be withheld until outstanding payments are cleared

Any taxes, platform fees, transaction charges, or third-party costs may be charged separately unless included in the written agreement.

Each project will include a defined scope of work. Any work outside the agreed scope may be treated as additional work and may require a separate quote, timeline, or approval.

Revisions will be provided according to the agreed project terms. Excessive revisions, major direction changes, new feature requests, or changes after approval may result in additional charges.

To complete a project successfully, the client is responsible for providing:

• Clear project requirements
• Brand assets, content, and references
• Timely feedback and approvals
• Access to required tools, platforms, or accounts
• Accurate business, product, and technical information
• Any legal, compliance, or industry-specific requirements

Delays in feedback, content, approvals, or access may affect project timelines.

Deliverables may include, depending on the agreed scope:

• Figma design files
• Wireframes
• UI screens
• Design systems
• Prototypes
• UX audit reports
• Strategy documents
• Web pages
• Frontend or development files
• Visual assets
• Handoff documentation

Only deliverables specifically mentioned in the agreed scope will be included.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Techtical Solution retains ownership of internal processes, concepts, frameworks, templates, reusable components, and know-how.
• Upon full payment, the client receives usage rights to the final approved project deliverables created specifically for them.
• Drafts, unused concepts, rejected designs, and internal working files remain the property of Techtical Solution unless otherwise agreed.
• Third-party assets, fonts, plugins, templates, stock images, or software may be subject to separate licenses.

The client is responsible for ensuring they have rights to any materials they provide to us.

Unless restricted by a written agreement, Techtical Solution may display completed work, project visuals, testimonials, brand names, or general project descriptions in our portfolio, website, social media, proposals, or marketing materials.

If a project is confidential or under NDA, portfolio usage will follow the agreed confidentiality terms.

Both parties agree to treat confidential information with reasonable care.

Confidential information may include:

• Business ideas
• Product plans
• User data
• Technical documentation
• Financial information
• Internal strategy
• Non-public project materials

Confidentiality does not apply to information that is publicly available, already known, independently developed, or required to be disclosed by law.

Our work may involve third-party tools, platforms, software, plugins, APIs, or services. Examples may include design tools, development frameworks, hosting platforms, analytics tools, CMS platforms, payment tools, automation systems, and communication tools.

We are not responsible for downtime, pricing changes, limitations, data loss, policy changes, or service interruptions caused by third-party providers.

• Increased revenue
• Higher conversion rates
• App downloads
• Funding success
• User growth
• Search ranking improvements
• Investor interest
• Product-market fit

Results depend on many factors beyond design and development, including product quality, market demand, pricing, marketing, operations, and execution.

Either party may cancel or terminate a project according to the agreed written terms.

If a project is cancelled:

• Completed work may be billed
• Advance payments may be non-refundable unless agreed otherwise
• Any unpaid approved work must be cleared
• Access to files, tools, or deliverables may be limited until payment is completed

Techtical Solution may terminate or pause work if the client breaches payment terms, delays communication, misuses deliverables, or engages in abusive or unlawful behavior.

If you submit content, files, references, ideas, or materials to us, you confirm that:

• You have the right to share them
• They do not violate third-party rights
• They are not unlawful, harmful, or misleading
• We may use them to evaluate, quote, or complete your project

You remain responsible for the legality and accuracy of the materials you provide.

Our website may include links to third-party websites or platforms. We are not responsible for the content, policies, accuracy, or security of any third-party websites.

Visiting third-party links is at your own risk.
